Nepali Thali

Nepali thali is a traditional meal that is popular in Nepal and other parts of South Asia. It typically consists of a variety of dishes served on a large platter, called a thali, and is meant to be shared among a group of people. The dishes included in a Nepali thali vary depending on the region and season, but typically include rice, dal (a lentil soup), vegetable and/or meat curries, pickles, and sometimes yogurt or buttermilk. The flavors are usually a combination of sweet, sour, spicy, and savory, making for a well-balanced and satisfying meal. Nepali thali is a great way to experience the diverse flavors and culinary traditions of Nepal.
